Live tracker of on-chain Solana Governance Proposals (stake-weighted SGP votes via svmgov). A proposal needs 15% of active stake in support to open a 3-epoch vote, then ⅔ of all stake voted (For, Against and Abstain) to pass. Validators vote directly; stakers can override their validator with the withdraw-authority key at governance.solana.com.

Splits the transaction fee in two: a fixed inclusion fee paid to the block leader, and a resource fee that scales with the compute and locks a transaction actually requests and is burned in full. Today every transaction pays a flat 5,000 lamports per signature no matter what it asks for.
